I LOVE ONIONS! In fajitas, white-wine lemon pasta, and growing in my garden.

We trekked into the desert and Zach cooked up this epic chipotle chicken.

Lisa came to LA to visit and I made her soup noodles to kick my craving for Little Tokyo noodles.

I baked a peach galette and had a week of mini sandwiches!

Susan and Nicholas showed up one day with a bunch of yummies!  Their veggie burgers are the best.

Went to the Tiki house to eat lunch with Mirta. Roasted some figs, put some pasta onto the tiki stove.

Just remembering some meals!

Szechuan style eggplant.  Please excuse my absence.  Eat-in is still full on, though there have been some lazy cooking days (I’m big on the vegetable roasting, soooo easy) - stay tuned for recipes and more.

Quasi-potluck: I went the simple (and tired) route and made some guacamole and roasted some beets + potatoes + corn. Nicholas/Susan/Zach brought it and made some chipotle beans and rice with leeks on the fly. Danielle/Steve brought Indian rice with tofu and green beans. Max brought a ton of wine. 8 days deep!
